Where to Go
From June 8th we can venture throughout County Meath and up to 20 km from your home if crossing county boundaries. Just because you could travel does not mean that you should and remember we still live within a Public Health Emergency.
Places to Visit
For those desperate for a change of scenery, or planning a home vacation, then exploring our local heritage and landscape might offer some relief but don't visit in peak times if you want peace and quiet. Popular family venues like Trim Castle and it's grounds, The Battle of the Boyne Gardens, Dalgan Park, The Hill of Tara, Balrath Woods and the River Boyne trails at The Ramparts, Broadboyne and Slane will now be within range and accessible together with many more.
We listed places to visit in our surrounding neighborhood in our Guide with a useful feature in Google Maps which lists them in order of distance from you.
Use our Neighbourhood Guide for full listing.

NOTE: You should check that each venue is actually open AND don't rely on there being facilities available like toilets!
DO maintain the 2m social distance, wash your hands regularly, ensure your group numbers remain limited and don't spread the virus.
