“You can't be throwing things if you know you're living in a glass house, so I'm heading to the police station to press charges against Ngizwe Mchunu.”

These are the words of Afrotainment musician Sizwe Mdlalose, after Mchunu called him gay and refused to apologise.

TshisaLIVE is in possession of a voice recording of Mchunu describing Mdlalose as gay. In that recording he can be heard making derogatory statements about Mdlalose.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Mdlalose said Mchunu was intentionally trying to tarnish his reputation and he intended to take legal action against him.

Usathukake, Kodwake kulungile [He is still cursing me but it's OK] because I'll be opening a case against him for his insults and defamatory statements. I'm a man, father and my woman is not taking this issue lightly; things haven't been well at home since he insulted me,” he said.

“It seems he is distributing the recording on every media platform for his followers to mock and harass me.”
